Unity CSI Driver in production

We setup CSI driver with this UNITY and got the following issue
1. When the system provision a new LUN to K8S, why is the entity “volumepermissions.enabled” is FALSE by default? Can we change the default to TRUE?
2. When we remove the PV, the UNITY will still exist. Will these Unity LUNs be automatically deleted? If not, how can we delete them automatically?
3. When we move a LUN from one pod to second pod, we have to wait exactly 5 mins. Is this behaviour expected or if we can adjust this?
