How two setup volume access mode on VxFlex?

Hi, I see product guide, we support below access mode of volume? how to setup this property when create PV/PVC, and how to mount it? My customer tried it failed when setup 'ReadOnlyMany', and get error ‘MountVolume.Setup failed for volume "k8s-xxxx": rpc error: code= Internal desc= Invalid access mode’.
