Unable to Access Dell EMC Support/You are Unauthoized to access this content
We recently ordered a pair of Connectrix 6510B switches that we want to stage then move into production but we are unable to access the support site even though the contracts appear with the correct Service Tags under our Premier profile. When attempting to access support we receive an error message during service tag lookup.

Hello JoanneFirstTeam,
Have you physically received your Connectrix 6510B switches yet? In most cases you should get access once your switches are physically shown to be delivered to you.

Hi Sam,
Thanks for the prompt response. Yes, I have received the switches and have done the initial setup. The three year service contract we purchased for the switches does show in our Premier page with the correct service tags. I am unable to add the devices to the My Products page and still receive the error when requesting support.
