To findout the switch port for the given pwwn

Hi,

I have the PWWN with me and I want to findout the in which switch port that particular host is connected to ? we have show flogi database but still we need to login to each switch in the fabric and it gives the output only by searching the local switch. Do any one knows of a command in cisco which searches the entire fabric and then gives that particular WWN is in which switch and port , if I login to any switch on the fabric.

Try Brocade's SANHEALTH tool. This works fine as a documentation creator. It'll give you a spreadsheet with ports and wwns and a somewhat useful Visio drawing of your SAN as well. It works on Brocade (of course), McData and Cisco. On the Brocade switches it can also gather performance data if you let it run for a couple of hours (you'll get nice graphs in the spreadsheet).
