FM Webclient not displaying all discovered fabrics

FM version 4.1(3b) FM server works as expected.

Webclient displays two symptoms so far, of the two fabrics only one is displayed and when I try to add the missing fabric I am informed that its already added. Other symptom is that performance stats for End Devices are missing - though others, eg. ISLs are there.

I am unable to assertain when this started as we do not look at web stats every day. I have restarted the Performance Collector service within the web client and left it running for some time. This didn't fix the missing data issue.

Has anyone seen this before? Could someone give me a pointer or clue as to where to look next?

Thanks

Neil Hopwood

Try to delete the fabric in FM and rediscover the fabric again. This clears the local FM cache and should resolve your issues.

Thanks for the tip but I would like to know why this is happening, for example is there a problem in the infrastructure?

One point I have noticed is that on the initial WebClient console, all our fabrics are listed, yet in the performance tab/window it lists only the first one.

Hmmmm, never wondered why actually. I have something like 20 fabrics registered in my FM and I don't spend that much time on each of them, so I choose the quick and dirty way to solve it. I guess that when you have to live with your local fabrics, you'd want this solved

Do you have FMS licenses on all the switches in question?

Thank you.
