Write cache operation faulted

We are receiving the write cache operation faulted error in the SC 4020 storage we use with our customer, and therefore the storage is running slowly. What can we do to solve this problem?
The firmware version of the device we use is 6.5.20.
Unfortunately, support for the product has ended. Could you share your opinions on the subject?
