vRealize Orchestrator plugin for DellEMC Storages and Server

Enter your server Service Tag and you should find that software under Systems Management Software

To my knowledge this software is not for integrating the Compellent SAN to work with VMWare. The Dell Storage Integration Tools for VMware would do that.

Yes I looked at ASM too. But I couldn't find much about the product. Is it discontinued or something?

I also looked at support site. It only has the OpenManage plugin for vRealize Operations.

It seems to me that DSITV  plugin is a storage integration for VMware vCenter, not for the Orchestrator. If that is the case I don't think it can be utilized to create workflows on vRO. anyway I will look further into that. 

I was able to verify with a Master Server Engineer for Dell VMWare that the vRealize Orchestrator Plugin does not work with Compellent. You can add the server adapter per page 6 of this guide I found online: https://usermanual.wiki/Dell/dellcompellentsc4020.1648943787.pdf

But I do not know how that would work with Dell Storage Manager. It is not something I use or have configured.
