Upgrade Storage Center OS to 7.5.2
Hi community!
I have two storages.
1x SCv2020 with EN-SCv320
FW-Version: 7.4.2.103
1x SCv3000
FW-Version 7.3.11.28
I'm trying really hard to find the release 7.5.2 as stated here:
SC Storage Customer Notification: Targeted Storage Center OS Version By System Type | Dell US
But nothing in the download-area found...
Can anyone help?

Hello,
With Compellent you can't upgrade the SCOS without an active warranty.
The system needs an active warranty so that support can do a remote session with you to confirm that there are no issues on the system prior to the upgrade. If the system is clear of errors then support will release the firmware along with the upgrade steps to do the upgrade.
I recommend contacting support by phone. If you're in USA/Canada you can use this number 1-800-945-3355, otherwise use support phone number for your region.
You have to call Dell Support because neither the files and needed pre/post steps are public.
