Support Assist Enterprise error SA-0140 for Compellent

I´m trying to Add one SC-4020 on SAE, but I´m receiving error "SupportAssist Enterprise is unable to add the device 10.100.10.70 because a connection to the device was unsuccessful."

Customer is using proxy and I already configured Proxy Settings. No problem to Add other Servers
