SCV3000 - SPACE PROBLEM
Hello,
i ve have a SCV3000. I have 7 4To HD And 25To of available space.
only a storage type
And only 4 Volumes (pretty smalls , but on the screenshot only 3 appears as i deleted on of them PROD01)
Last week, the storage was in emergency mode. To solve this issue, i ve tried to :
- expire the snapshot (didnt seem to work).
- delete a volume the prod 01 (1,46To) ( resolved the issue) ,
I though i had enough space, I dont understand why the emergency mode occured when i have 19 To of free space and only 6TB of configured space.
Any suggestion ?

Spbest971,
Without knowing exactly what is occurring I would hold off. What I suggest is that you pull a Support-Bundle and upload it to your service request (SR) so we can review it. You will find steps on uploading the support-bundle to the SR here. I will private message you your SR # you can use to upload it
Let me know.

Hello Chris,
Sorry for the dely. How can i create the support bundle ?
I have to say that the scv3000 is no more covered by a support contract. so i can't contact copilot.

You would need to connect to the system via a browser and then
In the top menu bar, click on "Support" or "Maintenance" (the exact label may vary depending on your firmware version). Then, select "Troubleshooting" or "Diagnostics" within the support section.
Within the Troubleshooting/Diagnostics section, look for the "Support Bundle" or "Download Support Bundle" option. Click on it to initiate the bundle creation process.
You can then use the link in my previous post to upload it to your SR, which I private messaged you the SR #.

It doesn't look like your free space is assigned to that disk folder. You can probably assign the disk with nothing on it to that disk folder, as seen in the video I found here.
