SCV2020 - the array restarts after initialization

The array has been out of warranty for a long time, but I don't understand why this happened to me.
And I can't log in to the array anyway because my passwords and the default ones don't work.

Does anyone have an installation guide and a procedure to revive the array?
Dell should stand up to this like a man if it didn't survive such a simple thing as initialization.
It probably erased all the disks, including the configuration...

Oh yeah...
