SCV2020 Primary Controller Issues
We just acquired a company and were in the process of repurposing a SAN. Re-iped the primary controller and it errored out. I assumed from a connection change.
Primary IP: 15.11
Primary New IP: 25.10
Secondary Module IP: 15.12
I'm not able to connect to the secondary controller. It says invalid credentials but I'm positive that the password is right, default password also doesn't work. Via Wireshark, I can see it calling out looking for 15.11 but 15.11 isn't responding. something up on the primary controller.
Is there a way to gain access to the secondary or make it as the primary? I'm not against calling support but since this SAN is an acquisition, it would be a pain to track down warranty info (if it's even covered anymore). We know the password and supposedly know the IP although it's like the primary controller isn't responding to anything. It's like we disabled IPv4 or something.
Any advice or direction is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hello Sweenster247,
I would make the recommendation to contact Support directly so an engineer can do a remote session with you. There are things that only they can do and cannot be done on a Community Forum engagement.
If you don't have an active warranty you can check about renewing a warranty or ask about a Post Standard Support contract to work on the issue.
