SCv2020 Performance Problem

Hi All
I buy a Dell SCv2020 with 14x600GB,15K SAS Harddisk.
This is connected to two Dell PowerEdge R630 with VMware.

At the beginning i was very confused about the tier level function because i dont have any experience in such storage management.

All disk are in the same Disk Group (15K), RAID Controller has Read and Write Chance on.
Only Tier 1 can i active in SCv2020 and in Tier 1 i make a RAID 10.
I install one Windows Server 2016 and make a test with CristalDiskMark

Seq Q32 Read = 414MB/s with a 32GB File
Seq Q32 Write = 1145MB/s with a 32GB File

Are the performance normal and why so slow for Read Operation?
Theoretically i must have 14x Read and 7x Write Speed or?

Thank you for the help

Best regards

if i disable Read and Write Cache i have following results:

Seq Q32 Read = 610MB/s with a 32GB File
Seq Q32 Write = 422MB/s with a 32GB File

It is SAS, so no FC or iSCSI.

The Dell Server are connected to SCv2020 over SAS Cables.
