SCV2020 Controller
After resetting my Top controller, he reports missing disks and doesnt boot correctly. But all disks are in the storage and are showing a green light. What could be the fix to this problem?

Addition: The controller is constantly rebooting. He's in a sort of reboot loop.

Before assuming anything and possibly causing more issues, if possible, I would like to look at the logs for the system to determine the cause of the issue. Would you follow the link here on how to pull the logs, and then the link here on how to upload them to your Service Request. I will provate message you the SR # to use to upload. Once I receive the logs I will see if I can definitively confirm the cause.
