Schedule snapshots are not running on array SC5020
Hello!! 
Need some help with schedule snapshots
1.Why are the snapshots not getting created as per the profile? We have scheduled a time in the query 2 snip.
2.Why are snapshots not expiring as per the profile?
No Events found!

Hi,
Based on the screenshot, I'm unable to tell in why the snapshot backup did not occur nor the profile unable to expire.
It could be possible that the profile is not assigned to the volume. For the expiring snapshot, can I confirm if the schedule icon has a red circle with white X? Can I confirm if you have expire the snapshot manually? Have you tried pressing the Refresh button?

How likely is the Volume youre talking about based on a VIEW(Volume created based on another Snapshot)?

We just have updated new NTP server on the array. We moved the volumes from System owned snapshot profile "Daily" to user defined Snapshot profile "new daily snapshot" however snapshots are not created as per daily schedule
