SC7020 Array FC problem

Dear all. 

I have a problem with array connection using FC. The connection is made using the Cisco MDS-9148S switch and the Cisco UCS 240 M5 server with the FC Qlogic 2600 adapter with Vmware ESXi 7. After configuring the Fault Domain for connectivity, configuring the Cisco switch and connecting all devices, Dell Storage Manager sees the server and its HBA correctly, but when trying to adding the HBA it is takes a long time and then app saves the configuration, but the connection shows as down.
