We find it hard to understand all the Tiering\snapshots\active\uses\allocated terms. Even the local integrators can't tell the exact terms and what are they meaning.

We are looking for purchasing consulting regard SC. Can you recommend me of once?

Or, Dell, maybe it's a good idea to arrange a webinar in order to let us (the customers) the option to better understand how the numbers in DSM are being calculated.

Because all the YouTube guides focusing on "how to do X" and not actually give us the better understanding how the SC actually works.
