Hello sudipta.roy,
With Compellent you can't upgrade the SCOS without an active warranty.
The system needs an active warranty so that support can confirm that there are no issues on the system prior to the upgrade.
If the system is clear of errors then support will release the firmware along with the upgrade steps to do the upgrade.
You may contact support and check into purchasing a Post Standard Support contract.
I recommend contacting support by phone. If you're in USA/Canada you can use this number 1-800-945-3355, otherwise use support phone number for your region.

You have to call Dell Support because neither the files and needed (pre/post) steps are public.

Hello, I can’t provide the download for the SC 8000 OS Version 6.7.5.5. However, I can guide you on how to prepare for an update of a Compellent Storage Center Operating System (or S.C.O.S.)
Please take look this article SC8000 / SC4020 / SC9000 / SC7020 : How to prepare to update a Compellent Storage Center Operating System | Dell Canada
You should always contact the Dell Storage Technical Support teams to perform the updates.
