Risks to updating Dell Compellent?

Hey all.

We've got an older Dell Compellent unit that's serving us well, but we'd like to update the firmware on it. That's not gonna bite us later by making us re-up on our licensing after-the-fact, or anything, is it? I.e, we're just going to be getting the latest firmware for this thing and be running smoothly, right?
