Rebuild Dell Storage Manager Data Collector - use old DB?

Not sure what happened but our Data Collector just stopped working, after attempting update to latest version. Could not figure it out, so ended up uninstalling the program. Now trying to reinstall and connect to the existing DB. Getting this error:

Really hoping I can salvage the existing DB.

Should say I have verified the DB settings.

Hello thanks for choosing Dell.
It could be that the DB has been actually erased or if you just have a problem with access. Do you remember chaging the account password?
