New Drive is not working in SCv3020 .
I installed new drive same modle which is faulty i face issue system is showing status is down.
i check health is ok , fualty drive and new drive part number is same. i need help.

Error is display "System is unable to accept disk 25 in enclosure position 1-7 with serial number S0N5VH57 and Dell part number because disk drive line Unknown is not compatible with system"
No Events found!

Hi,
At times, this is because the drive line that is might not be compatible with the SCOS. I would recommend checking the SCOS if it's updated. If you have updated the SCOS and the issue persist, I would suggest getting another disk replacement as there is no other solution to the issue.
