Migrate error
There are two similar SC4020 FW 7.2.11.4, one has a vmware volume (Index 25 and Index 2). With vmdk virtual disks ESXI 6.5
When trying to migrate within one SC4020, through the vcenter console an error occurs: The source detected that the destination failed to resume.
Dell support reports - this volume has an error, and recommends migrating the data. I create new volume on other sc4020, and get the same error.
When trying to create a replication from one SC4020 to another SC4020 an error occurs: The CMM is in the ' Retrying ' State
The volume itself (Index 25 and Index 2), contains frozen snapshots that the system cannot remove (see screenshot).
How to save the vmdk disks in this volume?

Hello gustus89,
You will need to free the snaps before the CMM can start and complete. It is best to have support clear them so that you won’t harm your data.

Hi,
You can try next way for solve this issue:
I think you have one or more snapshot(s) (for example: automatically generated) on affected volumes, so you need to "expire" the snapshot.
Once this has been deleted from the affected volume (this may not happen until the next morning), you should then proceed with the replicating again.

Hi,
You can try creating a snapshot (manual) on the volume. Set it to expire in 30 minutes.
