how to use cli command set scv2020 Service Tag

Let me research this further, as currently I am not seeing a command to do so, and am not certain there is one. This may be a case of needing to call in to support for assistance in setting the tag.

There isn't any command to set service tag for Compellent. If there is, it needs engineering's intervention from the technical support via call. Anyway, the error showing it's not able to gather information on the service tag from the MAC address. Have you tried different approach to deploy the storage, according to user guide here: https://dell.to/3veqhmH

I try another way , I met other probelows , which localhost failed to install MPIO

May I know what OS are you running on the server?

Have you already installed MPIO on the operating system before running the setup? After install MPIO, you will need to reboot the server. Please validate that MPIO have been installed by checking the Windows Control Panel for MPIO before running the setup. 

@DELL-Joey C​ thank you for you help , i have been installed  MPIO on the client and I have been reboot the server and I have been checking on the windows control panel. "  storage center connectivity: Not Connected " is normal ?

Yes, it shows connectivity not connected is normal. You can compare the preparation with this video, although the OS is different but the deployment would be the same, time: 5:16 https://dell.to/3NP4mbX would show the same configuration that the connectivity is not connected.
