Hello hatam,

Which SC do you have as you didn’t list it in your post? Also, what is the current version of DSM (Dell Storage Manager) are you using?

When you are trying to login what is listed under Host/IP?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Steps

Open IE >> Internet Options >> Security tab >> "Local Intranet"

Click on "Sites" button and uncheck the checkbox "Auto detect intranet network" and CHECK all other 3 checkboxes underneath

Click "Advanced" button, and "Add" this website to the zone
Enter Storage Center IP's using http and https

This should fix the re-direction issue.

Hello hatam,

Are you able to physically look at the system and see what model name is on the front bezel?  Are you able to get to the back of the system to see the service tag or Controller serial#?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

I am having the exact same issue, and I have performed the steps required above, as well as the steps on the link provided (to create an exception within Java itself).

Hello,

If you would, please create a new thread to include the issue, the troubleshooting you've taken, but also the information that Sam had mentioned, the model and software version. You'll want to collect the service tag too, but we don't recommend sharing it publicly and remove them from posts.
