Failed drive SSN (Removed by Moderator)
Alert created on controller (Removed by Moderator) for object 'Disk 115 Position[10-6]' [OperStatus]: Disk 115 SN: 6SL67FKS failed [TooManyMediumErrors] and is ready to be removed
This alert started on Saturday July 14, 2018. We have sent many Support Assist requests from the Compellent console and also sent emails to Dell Enterprise support. No one has contacted us about this failed rive or shipped a replacement.

Hello JWHG,
I see using your controller serial# I can see that we shipped out a replacement drive for you. Have you already received your drive? Also, I have removed your controller serial# from the post as well.
