DSMVirtualAppliance not supported?
does any one know how to fix the DSMVirtualAppliance? I called co-pilot and they do not know how to even get into it to see the error logs. I know I need to move to a supported platform, but would like to be able to get back into mine to see what settings I had in it.
when I log into the console I get an error that flashes randomly instead of a menu to access settings
the errors include bits like org.hibernate.exception.JDBCConnectionException: Error calling Driver#connect
java.sql.SQLTransientConnectionException: java.net.connectionexception: connection refused
I originally thought this may be an access issue tot he backend sql database, but the appliance is successfully connecting tot he DB according to SQL.

You will need to contact Dell Storage Support at 800-945-3355 or dell_online_storage@dell.com. If the person you speak to is not certain on how to fix the issue please ask them to engage a senior for assistance. Your issue appears to be a Java based issue in which we would need to connect to the VA using WinSCP to gather the logs.
