DSM Version 2016 R2
Hi to all,
Hope you can help me on my issue. My DSM having an issue we cannot able to connect on the HOST/IP
it shows down below the ERROR SETTING UP CONNECTION its only happened today. How to fixed this issue .

Is this when using the client and connecting to the data collector? Or are you using the client to connect directly to the Storage Center? This error is seen when using the wrong IP address to connect with.

Hello Bruzxce,
Are you able to ping the IP address that you assigned to your DSM? As CompellentSanUser stated that when you see this error that in most cases it means that you may be using the wrong IP address to connect to your DSM.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
