Have you instated the data collector like it is stated on pages 34 & 35 of the admin guide?  Have you looked at Authenticating Users with an External Directory Service on page 661? Have you also looked at Managing Local Users Through the Data Collector on page 667?

Since you created a new admin account you should use the new account.  Which compellent system do you have as you didn’t state that in your post?

In internet i read if use admin account this accout is not used for connecting, only for configuration.... it is true ? if true which changes is in AD ?

i look to ad and after i use admin account , the dsm create user in the ad with specific SPN. Thanx

Exactly yes , trouble i not have with SC, but datacollector.

If I select admin account , then is automatically created new user with associated SPN HTTP/hostnamedc. @realm and HTTP/hostnamedc. @realm. All works ok.I can connect with kerberos SSO

but next I try rename user and select second method , attached account. But this not work and if I try sign with SSO(kerberos) , DSM return Invalid Login Credentional..... If fill domain user and password then login Ok.... 

any idea ?

If you are looking to track performance it works better in 2019 than it does in 2020.  Second, the add Datacollector to AD, I have checked with some of my counterparts and there are some issues with getting it to work consistently.  It is best just use the local admin account.
