Drives not happy with SVc2020 unit
I have received 4 disks for my SCv2020 unit an they dont seem to want to work i have all the screenshots that are telling me this following fault
"System is unable to accept disk ** in enclosure position **** with serial number S4216Y3Z and dell part number CN033KFP7262263Q00Z0A01 becuase disk drive line unknown is not compatible with system"
No Events found!

For a quick resolution, I'd suggest to open a case with co-pilot.

Where did u purchase the drives from? If you look at the label on the drive what does it say, or can you provide a picture of the label?

not sure where drives were purchased (will have to check with purchaser)
however i believe these drives were tested in another unit and were deemed to be working

Hello mcsbench,
If you can get me the Dell part# off the drive then I can check to ensure that they are the correct drives. The Dell part# that is listed in your picture is not pulling up any info on the drives.

If these disks were previously put in to another system then it is possible they were not released from the other system properly. If they were not then they have blocks of data on them indicating they belong to the other system. I would open a case with Copilot to work on this after you determine if they were purchased through a proper reseller.
