Disk Failure on Supported Compellent SC040 Enclosure
I have had a Disk Failure on one of my SC040 Disk Enclosures - Its still under Support but the Auto Reply from Dell Support Assist saying
"SupportAssist has detected an issue reported by Unknown . However, we could not automatically create a support case, as this device is out of warranty and does not have an active ProSupport or ProSupport Plus agreement at this time.
However looking on the Customer.compellent.com site I can see the enclosure is supported until 31/08/2019
Who do I raise this issue with? My Account Manager, Dell Storage ? if so how?

Hello Jon,
What you can do is to call the Copolit support phone# and if you have you’re your Controller Serial# & enclosures Serial# or service tags then a support tech can verify the warranty status & replace the drive as long as system is still in warranty.
