DELL STORAGE CENTER SCV 2000 Password recovery

i need your help , i search help to dell but they can't help me , because  i don´t have a count like 
provider

The situation is : i have a scv 2000 and initialize the server configured the ip and password.
when i am formate the raid 5 the storage center stopped .

i remove the 2 powersupply for the forced reboot and then  when  server started ,
i can't log in because  the password and user is bad 

credentials is Incorrect but my credentials are correct 

i need a password recovery i need help !
