Dell SCV3020 can't rebalance RAID

I'm trying to rebalance RAID after adding a couple of new SSDs into it. The SSD are already in the assigned folder. When I clicked OK on the rebalance RAID wizard, it did nothing. No response from the action. Clicking close, does close the wizard. Also, checked the logs, nothing that relates to RAID rebalancing after clicking the button. Any idea on this?
