Dell SCV2020 Storage Controller: VPD incumbent canister mismatch.
I have a dell storage scv2020 i have factory reset it and now the bottom controller is in safe mode and doesnt boot into "normal" mode. I can access the top controller and the web interface of it but i cant deploy it because it can only be deployed with the storage manager client, but the storage manager client doesnt see the storage. I think the problem is with the bottom controller that has the error: VPD incumbent canister mismatch.
How can I fix this problem?

From the lower HSN controller’s CLI, run command:
platform vpd set ssn=<HSN of controller>
and then reset the controller. If the Higher HSN controller is displaying the mismatch message, the above command still needs to be run on the lower HSN controller and both controllers need to be reset.
Now DO NOT use –init in the VPD set command above or that will wipe out the license.
