Dell PowerEdge R740xd System CPU Resetting reboots the server randomly

I've had this issue where the server randomly rebooted due to the "System CPU Resetting" log below:

I tried following the steps mentioned in this discussion, but have not come with a conclusion. I don't see any logs related to memory errors.

I've upgraded the BIOS and iDRAC to version 2.27.0 and 7.00.00.184 respectively. I don't have any warranty for this server so I can't really open up a support request.
