Dell EMC 3000 out of disk space

 

Hi Guys!

Anyone who know to delete the expired snapshot ? Because our dell storage was in out of space and we found out there was an alerts information. Kindly help us to solve this problem. 

Can we delete the expired snapshot? What are the step to prevent this scenario of disk full space.

We used this dell storage for our files backup using symantec.

With the system showing in Emergency Mode, I would highly suggest that you call in, but you can read this for steps to resolve https://dell.to/33mWl6G

As far as the snapshots I would read the sections starting at page 137 here that will cover correct configuration and steps to delete snapshots. https://dell.to/3uu1WEa
