Every DSM or (EM)DataCollector supports a range Range of SCOS  versions. I know that a already booted SCOS doesnt present a version information on the login (only controller number) i cant tell you how to find out your SCOS version?

If you have a (EnterpriseManager)Datacollector installation around point your browser to https://em:3033 and see whats comming. I remember to a download site where you can get the Agent, DSM directly from the system.

If this is a SC with a service contract and you for sure ask dell support to fetch some infos from the last SupportAssist i think.

Joerg

Can you try https://192.168.22.10/SystemExplorer.asp ? Or can try "wget" so see what kind of HTML it would be returns.

For me its sound that youre running  SCOS 6.4 or older. The DSM was supportet with 6.5? and up.

For sure a modern browser with JAVA will not work. The SC8000 comes in late 2012 to the market.

If you try to login through serial(konsole) with user "Admin" you can at least verify which SCOS version.

Try older DSM like 2018 or 2016.

2016: Supports 6.5–7.2 !!
https://www.dell.com/support/home/de-de/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=4m3g1

Just a reminder.... the port for connecting DSM to a SC is 3033 and not 443 or so.

Joerg
