It is not possible for me to give you proper analysis via a forum. I would suggest you call in to support to get assistance. They will be able to check your down controller and give you a root cause of the failure. 1-866-397-8673

Hello kishner,
Is this a dual controller system? Are both controllers down, or only one? Can you ping the eth0 IP of the controller? Can you access the iDRAC IP of the controller? Default login is root / calvin .

In many instances the BMC (Baseboard Management Card) hits an issue causing the controller to reset and go in to Safe Mode. The quick and easy way to fix this is to remove all power from a controller for 15 minutes, and pull both power supplies out of the chassis 2 inches so they do not make contact with the internal connections. By leaving the controller powered down and disconnected for 15 minutes it allows the BMC to reset. When you reconnect power the controller should boot up normally. It takes 10 minutes to boot so be patient.

Have you tried to contact support on this issue?

The other controller is running, but my concern is how fix the other one, there are sequence code like 4600, 4605 in the logs.
