Compellent Scv2020 ISO install
Hey guys!
I retired an old svc2020 eons ago that my employer at the time let me keep and take home. I've mostly used it and another SAN's disks over the years but I'm trying to use the SAN for some projects in working on. I'm getting however the "All essential disks are missing" error and after searching DID get my hands on a SCOS image but I can't seem to find HOW I install it. I remember it being VERY finicky to install the last time I've and I need to reset this SAN to factory defaults. Is there a guide somewhere for this I'm missing? As this is part of a homelab AND EOL equipment I'm certain I couldn't engage Dell support to begin with and honestly if it's going to cost $1000s I'm more likely to just buy a non Dell chassis and use that in future projects but I want to try to get this working. Any thoughts?
