A Storage Center is no longer able to communicate with the Data Collector
I have migrated the Storage manager client and the DataCollector from a 2012R2 server to a 2019 server and turned off the 2012 server. (Version 20.1.20.48)
Everything looks fine when i log in to the Storage manager and the Datacollector on the new server.
However I keep getting this email warning every night. Is there a setting in the storage senter that still points to the old DataCollector that is migrated and shut down?

Hello,
As I can see the image you sent confirms that the Storage Center MT-SAN03 is up and running with an IP address of 192.168.50.11. This eliminates the possibility of the Storage Center itself being down. From the Data Collector server (2019), ping the Storage Center at IP address 192.168.50.11. A successful ping indicates network communication is functioning. If the ping fails, it suggests a potential network connectivity issue between the Storage Center and the Data Collector. Verify the configuration and connectivity of your network devices, such as switches and firewalls.

@DELL-Erman O Thanks for input.
Pinging from cmd from the Datacollector Server is successful
Also, I cannot find any logs in Datacollector with a matching error for the relevant time stamp.
But Storage manager is listing them. So it seems to happen only certain days, often at the time when the veeam backup is running, but not always. Any suggestions on how to narrow this down?

Thank you for your feedback. I saw it similar thing once. If the health check of the bay confirms everything is okay, then it is likely that the issue stems from a network problem. To resolve this, please perform a sequential reboot of both bays at your earliest convenience. If the error messages persist after the restart, I recommend contacting phone support again. I believe they may set up a remote session.
Hope that helps!
