you can you pretty much any modern browser to manage the box but first you need to figure out/reset the management port ip address, if you search this forum you will get a lot of hits.

Thanks for your comment.
The mentioned storage system(CX4-120) is being used by a SUN SPARC M4000 server. I have access to this server.
Is it possible to find the managment IP of storage system in Solaris in a way and without resetting the managment IP?
Becasue it is used by the server and it is not possibleto to intrupt the service.

i am sure your SPARC box is using FC connectivity to CX4, it has no knowledge of Clariion management interface. If you search the forum for sting "how to establish PPP connection to Clariion" or something of that nature that will give you some ideas. Changing management IP address will have no impact on FC connectivity.

You need to get a RS232 cable to dial into the SP via PPP connection.
For WinXP client: https://community.emc.com/docs/DOC-8449
For Win7 laphttps://community.emc.com/thread/128122" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://community.emc.com/thread/128122 or emc257433 "How to configure a serial PPP connection in Windows 7", https://support.emc.com/kb/14153

Actually, there is no default IP for CLARiiON. I would suggest connecting to service lan port with ip 128.221.1.250 for SPA or 251 for SPB, subnet mask = 255.255.255.192.
You may set your laptop ip to
IP 128.221.1.249
Netmask 255.255.255.192
Gateway 128.221.1.1
After that, you can get the mgmt port IP in the GUI.

On the SUN, see if there is a EMC Host Agent Program - if there is see if you can locate where it is installed - there is a text file called agentconfig - or something close to that - look in the file - sometimes the IP address for the array Management Ports are listed. Or, is there anyone around that managed the array? Not only do you need the IP addresses, you'll also need the username/password - there is no default or standard for that.
