Did you make any changes before it shows "Not Supported"?
You can try to restart the Management Server (http: // xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/setup > Refresh Management Server State) or even reboot the SP. If the problem still exists, get the SPCollects logs and call EMC support...

Dear Roger,
Thanks for your reply
I haven't done any changes before it shows " not supported "
a question about restart Management Server, can I restart it while SPs are handling IOs from servers ?
does it cause any IO corruption when Management Server is restarting ?

Restarting the Management Server will not affect the host I/O. But before rebooting the SP (one by one certainly..), you should make sure the hosts have the active paths to both SPs, then the LUNs will be trespassed to another SP during the reboot.

A further investigation may be required, please get the SPCollects logs and call EMC support for help. Our engineer will analyze the logs and if necessary, dispatch the field enginner to replace the faulted components.
