i have had bad luck with Java 1.7 and EMC tools like USM, Unisphere, try to remove 1.7 and use 1.6 exclusively (i see you have both installed).

FYI - I've tried version 1.7.051 but found that I first needed to uninstall all the older versions of Java that I had installed, then I re-installed the latest tools (USM, Off-array Client, Off-array Management Server) and now all seems to run fine.
One note, using this version of Java requires some poking around in the security settings for Java.
Also, using this version does not work with the older CX Navisphere on the older arrays that did not know about 1.7 at the time they were built. You may need to install 1.5 or 1.6.30 for older arrays.
Also, increase the amount of runtime memory -Xmx1024 works good for me.
