Search Support Results being limited to limited number of results

Hi, my problem is related to the EMC Online Support Support Website. When searching the support site the results may find 500+ results but the finding are limited to the first 25 results. There is no way that I can find to view the articles/link of the results preceeding 1-25. For example, if there were 500 results from my search, I only have access to the first 25 results. There is no links to view the additional results beyond 25. This could be limiting my troubleshooting if help can be found in the results beyond the 25th result. I looked high and low for a way to view more of the results but have come up with nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The bottom shows the last result. I know what your getting at, there are now links to the additonal support results. Let me explain my findings. When I do a general search on the support site this is when I have limited visibility to the results. If I do a support by product without using the search function I get the links to view the additional pages. This problem only seems to apply when I am doing a search on the support site. If I browse without searching I get the links to all the content, its only when using the search feature do I have limited results to view.

This may sound like a silly question but what does the bottom of the screen show?

It appears to be a known issue. Take a look at my other thread https://community.emc.com/message/739608

So a question - and I am just trying to understand what you are seeing

1. are you searching from support.emc.com/search or from just support.emc.com

I see in that first screenshot you seem to be on support.emc.com/search and filtering for CX3-80 and searching all content for softmedia errors?

Is this where you are not seeing the other articles?

Im doing exactly the same search and seeing the additional articles definately

It might be something you may need to feedback to support.emc.com/feedback  rather than the clariion forum

Or is it specific to Clariion issues you are missing the additional search results
