Resume Failure After FLARE Upgrade
Hi,
I recently upgraded our EMC product AX4-5 from 02.23.050.5.710 to 02.23.050.5.711.
After the upgrade (just after SP A rebooted) got some faults about Enclosure 1 resume error.
Faulted Subsystem: FCNMM100300001
Enclosure 1 : Faulted
Enclosure 1 : Resume fault
I couldn't find a clue with the system logs what the reason for such a problem is.
Only I can see is
07/02/2014 14:56:30 Enclosure 1 (867) Failed to read the Resume PROM information[0x00] 0 305
Any idea about the root cause and solution of the problem? Besides can we meet any other problems than listing resume of Enclosure 1 with the storage system?
ps: Upgrade logs are attached.
Thanks,

You may go for a power cycle of the system and check if possible.

Hi,
We tried to powercycle the system but it did not worked.
Besides I don't have the authority to ask for CPU replacement when I don't have strong evidences.
We handed this problem over to hw vendor of our customer for EMC. They are expected to solve the issue.
Thanks,
