Reconfiguration of IP SP A and B

Hi,

We're trying to add an IP in the SPA controller, but after adding and save, when we return in Network is blank.

Reinitialize (reboot) the SPA and continues all empty.

We got access to Navsphere by SPB normally.

Any idea why this might be happening?
