Need to create a CIFS mount
I'm relatively new to the storage environment, I have a CX3-20 with Navisphere v6.26.25.0.41 installed. A windows desktop user (no HBA installed) needs to access some storage via a Windows share that others could possibly connect to at a later date. Is there any way to set up my SAN to connect up (relatively speaking) to this desktop as a mapped network drive or some such thing?

if this is a block only storage array, then the only option you have is to present block storage to a Windows machine and use it as a file server.
