Need recovey image for AX4 series.

Are you with an EMC (service) partner?  If so, you will have access to it via the EMC Services Partners Web portal:

1) http://www.emc.com/partnerships/resources.htm

2) Navigate to the lower-right and you will see "EMC Services Partner Web"

3) Then in the blue menu banner, select "CLARiiON"

4) Then under: "EMC AX Family" in the lower-right, select: "AX4-5 Series"

You will see the Documentation and the necessary Software.

Unfortunately I'm end user and I haven't got access to Services Partners website.

EMC or BULL won't help me without valid support.
