Navisphere Manager 6.29 with Windows 7 and IE 11

Hello, i used to login to our navisphere manager version 6.29 with IE but now when i try to login I'm getting this error message

Required Java Plugin not found.

A minimum of JRE 1.6.0 is required for this application

If you have a version greater than 1.6.0, please refer to the Release Notes to verify compatibility.

Install the Java plugin from the link below to continue.

I've check the Java plug-in and I'm using version Java plug-in 10.51.2.

Can someone tell me if there are compatibility problems, and if yes, how to fix it?

Thanks in advance

Could you try to verify your Java's version by the command "java -version"?

I think what you need to install is JRE (Java Runtime Environment).

Hi.

Has anyone come back with a tangible response to this issue?

I cleared Java off the computer altogether (Win 7)  tried with 1.6.0_11 / 1.6.0_13 / 1.6.0_27.  I even moved up to the more recent 1.7.0_51 / 1.7.0_55.

None of them appear to work.

Has anyone had any luck with this?

I don't think it's windows 7 causing the problem as my previous PC was same OS and had no issues.

If the array is running flare version 29, the best JAVA version to use is 1.6.30. Flare 29 did not support 1.7.

If have this on  my Windows 7 desktop using IE 8 (later versions are not supported for flare 29). I cleaned off all java versions, then installed 1.6.30 (unchecked the auto-update). This works with out issues.

The only version of java 7 that is supported in 1.7.51 and only with Unisphere. So flare 29 and earlier do not support java 1.7.

I was able to fix this by adding the IP address of the array into the compatibility list.  Settings > Compatibility view Settings > Add required IP's.  After adding the Clariion SP IP addresses I was able to successfully connect and log into Navisphere using IE 11.
