Naviagent - the service installed on Windows or Linux that communicates information between the EMC array and the client (failover path state, array ID, PowerPath device ID, etc.)
Navisphere - the "legacy" EMC management GUI for CLARiiON CX, CX3 and CX4 arrays. A Navisphere instance runs on each array itself.
Unisphere - the "modern" EMC management GUI for CLARiiON and VNX. Unisphere runs on the VNX itself, but a Unisphere domain can be created to manage older CX arrays and newer VNX from the same management GUI.
NaviCLI - the "legacy" EMC command line interface for managing CLARiiON arrays. It is installed on a Windows or UNIX host in your environment.
NaviSECCLI - the "modern" EMC command line interface for managing VNX or CX4 arrays. It is installed on a Windows or UNIX host in your environment. This version supports SSL for great security (hence "SEC" in the name"
You can find EMC documentation for NaviCLI and NaviSecCLI on the EMC Support site - VNX Command Line Interface Reference for Block.
Let us know if that helps!

Navisphere - a web based client that allows you to connect to an array - Navisphere was for arrays running Flare code 29 and earlier - the CX4 and earlier arrays. Navisphere is sometimes referred to as the "GUI" interface to the array.
Unisphere - same as above but for arrays running Flare 30 and higher - used on the VNX1 and VNX2 and the CX4 series
NaviAgent = this is a program that runs on a server connected to the arary - it helps setup the Failover mode when first connecting the host to the array. It also presents "nice names" for devices on the OS (as in Windows the device name, ie E:/xxx) will be show in Navisphere. There are different versions of NaviAgent for different OS. VMware ESX has a built-in Agent and does not allow the NaviAgent to be installed.
Naviseccli - the Command Line Interface to the array - it's command based - no GUI. You can use the commands to manage the array and perform other functions.
You can find out more about these on the support.emc.com site - just search for a product.
Also, we have a master KB Article about Agent:

NaviAgent is not mandatory, but it is helpful with getting the hosts connected and registered on the array correctly. Otherwise you must register each host separately along with the Failover mode setting are each initiator/path.
For a host to access LUNs on the array the host must be registered in order to be put into a Storage Group and a host can only access LUNs that reside in a Storage Group along with the host.
