List of cable pinouts for Cat5 variants

Hello All,

I'm just putting together an NS120 and i'm missing the CS to Blade cables (i have to regularly get emcs working with no or some of the cables and can get them made, but £100 seems a lot for a cat5 cable)  (100-520-373 i believe) which seems to be a restyled cat5 cable. I was wondering if anyone had the pinout guide or cable config for that lead and any other of the cat5 or serial.

From a quick search on the forum i have found the following pinouts, but a comprehensive list would be good.
